Never thought I’d step into a cyber cafe not for gaming, but to attend an online class while surrounded by gamers lol

My laptop’s off for battery service, so I needed a temporary spot, and this place turned out to be perfect. The PCs are fast, the headset and mic worked well for class, and the environment was surprisingly comfortable for studying. Clean, quiet enough in the daytime, and stable internet — what more could I ask for? Definitely a unique and memorable experience. Would recommend for students in a pinch too!

I had booked a room for me and my friends and we came on time, even earlier so we wouldn't get a penalty or our reservation cancelled. They really improved their reservation management. Just remember to read their policies first.

The staff were also super friendly and willing to help when we were confused about some things since we were new. The whole vibe of the place gives clean, sleek and modern.

They also have a variety of games and the keyboard, mouse and pc were fantastic to use. Zero lag nor ping spike.

The price of food and rate/hour are also quite reasonable considering the good equipment you use + the vibe/cleanliness + the food and drinks are quite good.

Overall, 10/10, I would DEFINITELY come again with my friends, this is the perfect internet cafe if you just wanna chill and play games w your friends, whilst not having to worry about your wasted money if there's leftover time left because it's saved into your account for when you come back to use it again.

I had such a nice time gaming here!
I don't usually go to internet cafes but this one really sets it apart from others. The food was great, the place was very clean and on top of all, the service is what really making me consider to be a regular customer. I don't know how fast the Internet is here but I had no problem with the Internet here when I was playing Marvel Rivals.

Fantastic new cc to visit.
Receptionist is friendly and the kitchen is spotless (for the time being at least)
You can order food directly from the PC provided you top up the account (if not your gaming time will be reduced as the food's cost is deducted from your account's credit)
Price is extremely reasonable for the specs - 5.50 for RTX4060 and 7 for RTX4070 super.
Chose the latter and you will be situated in a rather space-like cabin with 5 PCs.
Ordered a Mocha for 10+ and was genuinely surprised by its taste - Starbucks-like without the overbearing sweetness. 5/5

All in all, it is an amazing experience since there are not many cybercafe(s) left in Malaysia, not to mention the hygienic peripherals that other competitors lack.
The only surprise was the 60hz native refresh rate on my PC despite the warning to change it on top. (I hope the visitors didn't play on 60hz for a month since the opening because 60 and 240hz difference is massive.)

Nice interior and internet is super fast,
no issue with playing any games at all.
Food was also good!!
But usually it’s full of people so I highly recommend making a reservation beforehand 🙂

superb first time visit! great customer service, easy booking system and overall a fun gaming experience 🙂 the atmosphere is sooo comfy compared to the typical cyber cafes, clean facilities (toilets, gaming desk and pheripherals, and kitchen) and pheripherals. aircond is just nice too ❄️ yummy food and GREAT COFFEEEE!!! as someone who hasn't been able to game due to work (iykyk) it's a nice getaway. i do hope great success to topfrag in the future, maintaining this comfy vibes i bet u guys will need to open another branch around kl city area definitely will be a regular to just unwind and play my comfort games. fighting topfrag

I recently visited this cyber café with the expectation of a conducive environment for work and gaming. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable and far from satisfactory. There is this group of patron engaged in excessively loud gaming sessions, showing little regard for others around them. Resulting the ambient noise levels persistently high, making concentration nearly impossible even with the headphone and music on. More concerning was the apparent indifference of the management; despite the disruptive environment, there were no visible efforts to mitigate the noise or address the issue.

A cyber café should prioritize providing a comfortable and focused setting for its patrons. Regrettably, this establishment failed to meet those basic expectations. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the environment for future customers.

I recently visited Top Frag PC Bang with high hopes, as my friends and I were looking forward to a fun gaming session together. We had heard good things about the place, and since it’s a Korean-styled cybercafe, we expected an organized and efficient experience, similar to what you’d find in popular PC bangs in Korea. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by poor reservation management and disappointing customer service, which is why I’m giving this place only 2 stars.

We made reservations in advance, expecting our computers to be ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Planning ahead was important because we were a group and wanted to sit together. However, when we showed up at the scheduled time, we were informed that our reserved computers had been given to other customers. The staff didn’t offer any clear explanation but did apologized. It was frustrating, especially since we had called ahead to secure our spots.

The wait ended up being much longer than anticipated. We were stuck awkwardly standing around in the lobby area, watching other people play on the very machines we were supposed to be using. It felt like our reservations meant nothing to them, which really defeated the purpose of booking in advance. I understand that walk-ins happen, but priority should be given to customers who took the time to make reservations.

The ambiance was nice, with a sleek, modern design and good lighting. The snack bar also had a decent selection of food and drinks. If it weren’t for the reservation issue, this place could’ve easily earned a higher rating from me.

Overall, Top Frag PC Bang has potential, but they really need to improve how they handle reservations. It’s disappointing when you plan ahead only to have your spots given away with no apology or attempt to make it right. If they can sort out this issue, I’d consider giving them another chance, but for now, my experience was below expectations.
